Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv: A 85 square meter, 3.5-room house with 240 square meters building rights for two units on Haim Sereni Street in Yad Eliyahu was sold for NIS 3.5 million (RE/MAX - Ocean).

Ramat Gan: A 119 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with parking on Mandes Street in Kiryat Krenitzki was sold for NIS 3.1 million. A 72 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with on Bar Yochai Street in the Negba complex was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 56 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment with parking on Shderot Yerushalayim was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 55 square meter, two-room, second floor apartment on Derekh Ben Gurion was sold for NIS 1.86 million.

Yehud: A 177 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Ha’atzmaut Street was sold for NIS 2.77 million, A 229 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Tamar Street in Neve Monoson was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 143 square meter, four-room, seventh floor apartment with a 143 square meter roof area on Ashkenazi Street was sold for NIS 2.35 million.

Shoham: A 141 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with two parking spaces on Ha’etrog Street was sold for NIS 4.1 million. A 74 square meter three-room, fourth floor apartment on Hermon Street was sold for NIS 2.4 million.

Haifa and the north Haifa: A 104 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Freud Street was sold for NIS 2 million. A 75 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Paz Saadia Street in Ramat Ha’aliya was sold for NIS 1.6 million. A 96 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Aider Street in Neve Ganim was sold for NIS 1.97 million. A 54 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Sderot Hamaginim in Kiryat Eliezer was sold for NIS 1 million. A 56 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Hativat Carmelli Street in Neve Paz was sold for NIS 800,000.

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 115 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Nachum Goldman Street in Ramot Bet was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 175 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Yosef Burg Street in Neve Zeev was sold for NIS 1.94 million. A 88 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Bnei Or Street in Shkunat Bet was sold for NIS 850,000.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
