Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs Tel Aviv and central region

Holon: A 112 square meter, five-room, 11th floor apartment with two parking spaces on Shoshana Damari Street in Kiryat Pinchas Eilon was sold for NIS 3.85 million. A 101 square meter, four-room, seventh floor with parking on Uzi Hitman Street in Kiryat Pinchas Eilon was sold for NIS 2.85 million. A 54 square meter, two-room, first floor apartment with parking on Bilu Street was sold for NIS 1.49 million.

Harish: A 88 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Etrog Street was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 130 square meter, four-room, ninth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Tnufa Street was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 140 square meter, five-room house with a 70 square meter yard and a 77 square meter roof and two parking spaces on Dolev Street was sold for NIS 2.65 million.

Ashdod: A 105 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Natan Elbaz Street was sold for NIS 1.61 million. A 150 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with two parking spaces on Shevet Yosef Street was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 81 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Michaelshvili Street was sold for NIS 1.46 million. A 98 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Hatzolalim Street was sold for NIS 2.07 million.

Haifa and the north Safed: A 64 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Jerusalem Street was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 75 square meter, four-room, first floor garden apartment with a 57 square meter yard on Hagolan Street was sold for NIS 1.35 million. A 50 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Lochamei Hagetaot Street was sold for NIS 930,000. A 200 square meter, four-room house on Nof Hagolan Street was sold for NIS 2.65 million.

Kiryat Bialik: A 75 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with a 12 square meter balcony, security room and parking on Derekh Akko was sold for NIS 1.4 million (RE/MAX - Family).

Beersheva and the south Sderot: A 86 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Bialik Street was sold for NIS 970,000. A 152 square meter, five-room, semi-detached house with an 80 square meter yard on Brit Amim Street was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 111 square meter, four-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Nahal Dolev Street was sold for NIS 1.38 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
