Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region Netanya: A 93 square meter, three-room, ground floor apartment on Ben Yehuda Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 156 square meter, six-room, 14th floor apartment with two parking spaces on Ha’agamim Boulevard was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 113 square meter, five-room, ninth floor apartment with parking on Golda Meir Boulevard was sold for NIS 2.33 million. A 61 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment with parking on Shlomo Hamelekh Street near the sea was sold for NIS 1.81 million.

Petah Tikva: A 64 square meter, 2.5-room, second floor apartmen on Yahalom Binyamin Street in Kfar Ganim Aleph was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 112 square meter, five-room, sixth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Rothschild Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.72 million. A 84 square meter, five-room, third floor apartment on Kehilat Prague Street was sold for NIS 1.9 million. A 110 square meter, five-room, 13th floor apartment with parking on Menachem Begin Street was sold for NIS 3.34 million. A 117 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Habasamim Street was sold for NIS 3.89 million.

Rishon Lezion: A 113 square meter, five-room, third floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Shulamit Aloni Street in Nahlat Yehuda was sold for NIS 3.35 million. A 81 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Kiryat Sefer Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.63 million. A 98 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Ariav Haim Street in Ramat Eliyahu was sold for NIS 2.37 million.

Modi’in: A 87 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment in need of renovation with an 8 square meter balcony, security room and parking on Yermiyahu Hanavi Street in the Haneviim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.39 million (RE/MAX — Unique).

Bat Hefer: A 188 square meter, six-room house with a 451 square meter garden and parking on Haeshel Street was sold for NIS 4.12 million. A 173 square meter, five-room house with a 62 square meter garden and parking on Beit Keshet Street was sold for NIS 3.2 million.

Haifa and the north Ma’alot Tarshisha: A 170 square meter, six-room house on Kehila Yahadut Tzarfat Street was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 88 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Zalman Shazar Street was sold for NIS 660,000.
