Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv: A 58 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Melchet Street in the city center was sold for NIS 3.37 million. A 69 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Menachem Arver Street in Neve Ofer was sold for NIS 2.38 million. A 71 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Emile Zola Street in the city center was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 50 square meter, two-room, fourth floor apartment on Rosh Pina Street in Neve Shaanan was sold for NIS 2.17 million.

Holon: A 69 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Hanotrim Street in Shikun Amami was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 93 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment with parking on Moshe Dayan Street in Kiryat Yitzhak Rabin was sold for NIS 2.62 million. A 81 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Keren Kayemet Street in Kiryat Sharet was sold for NIS 2.44 million.

Yehud A 96 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Moshe Dayan Street was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 45 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on David Marcus Street was sold for NIS 1.87 million. A 88 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with parking on Moshe Dayan Street was sold for NIS 2.32 million.

AshdodA 122 square meter, 4.5-room, fifth floor apartment with a 10 square meter balcony, storage room and parking in Rova Yud Aleph was sold for NIS 2.5 million (RE/MAX - Together).

Haifa and the north Nahariya: A 125 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Herzl Street was sold for NIS 1.73 million. A 116 square meter, five-room, 14th floor apartment on Keren Hayeson Street was sold for NIS 2.09 million. A 80 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment with parking on Shaked Street was sold for NIS 1.2million

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 69 square meter, three room, second floor apartment on Eliezer Ben Yair Street was sold for NIS 560,000. A 130 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Rosemarin Street in the Sigaliot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 174 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Sokolov Street was sold for NIS 2.05 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
