Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region Herzliya: A 107 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with a 12 square meter balcony, storage room, elevator and parking on Hof Miriam Street in the Glil Yam neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.75 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Netanya: A 85 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Borochov Street was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 130 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Tom Lantos Street was sold for NIS 3.3 million. A 149 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces on Arik Lavie Street in Ir Yamim was sold for NIS 3.78 million. A 62 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Gliksen Street was sold for NIS 1.45 million.

Elad: A 110 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment on Baaalei Hatosefot Street was sold for NIS 1.95 million. A 95 square meter, five-room, third floor apartment on Shimon Hatzadik Street in was sold for NIS 2.82 million.

Haifa and the north Afula: A 130 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Devorah Hanavi Street was sold for NIS 1.44 million. A 110 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Harav Kirshtein Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1 million. A 70 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Herzl Street was sold for NIS 1.05 million. A 160 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with parking on Haviva Reich Street was sold for NIS 1.55 million. A 116 square meter, five-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 122 square meter yard on Yithak Shamir Street was sold for NIS 1.8 million.

Pardes Hanna — Karkur: A 133 square meter, five-room house on Hamoshav Street in Karkur was sold for NIS 4.06 million. A 89 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Neta Street in the Kennedy neighborhood in Pardes Hanna was sold for NIS 2.23 million.

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 120 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Israel Galili Street in the Ramot Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 57 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Arnia Osvaldo Street in the Daled neighborhood was sold for NIS 775,000. A 184 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment in Kahiri Street in the Ramot neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 127 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Shraga Abramson Street in the Ramot Bet neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.35 million.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
