Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs Jerusalem: A 92 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Costa Rica Street in Ir Ganim was sold for NIS 2.58 million. A 48 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Ben Yefune Street in Baka’a was sold for NIS 2.95 million. A 118 square meter, five-room, third floor apartment with parking on Harav Toledano Street in Ramat Shlomo was sold for NIS 3.58 million. A 139 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment on Beit Hakerem Street was sold for NIS 4.9 million.

Tel Aviv and central region Rehovot: A 98 square meter, four-room, seventh floor apartment with parking on Yaakov Tamari in the Sela neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.41 million. A 111 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Kovshei Hahermon Street in Sharayim was sold for NIS 2.45 million. A 70 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Kovshei Hahermon Street in Sharayim was sold for NIS 1.64 million. A 116 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Gordon Street in the northeast of the city was sold for NIS 3.32 million.

Modi’in Illit: A 160 square meter, six-room, ground floor apartment with a 124 square meter balcony on Netivot Hashalom Street was sold for NIS 4.3 million. A 116 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Ashat Street was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 82 square meter, three-room, fifth floor apartment on Rabbi Akiva Street was sold for NIS 1.8 million. A 120 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment on Netivot Hamishpat Street was sold for NIS 2.85 million.

Haifa and the north Afula: A 190 square meter, five-room, ninth floor penthouse with 80 square meter and 14 square meter balconies, storage room, elevator and two parking spaces on Shoham Street in the Yizre’el neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.7 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Bet Hefer: A 95 square meter, six-room semi-detached house on Shderot Hagalil was sold for NIS 3.05 million. A 124 square meter, four-room, terraced house with parking on Havatzelet Street was sold for NIS 3.25 million.

Beersheva and the south Omer: A 170 square meter, five-room house on Yaara Street was sold for NIS 3.6 million. A 133 square meter, 4.5-room house on Egoz Street was sold for NIS 2.45 million.
