Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region Bat Yam: A 65 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Giora Yoseftal Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.7 million. A 109 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Ben Gurion Street near the seafront was sold for NIS 3.28 million. A 74 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Bar Yehuda Street in the west of the city was sold for NIS 1.45 million. A 96 square meter, five-room, ground floor apartment on Ort Yisrael Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.42 million.

Kfar Saba: A 94 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Weizmann Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 152 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Emek Iron Street in Givat Eshkol was sold for NIS 3.69 million. A 106 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Tel Hai Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.96 million. A 119 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Agron Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.6 million.

Beer Yaakov: A 121 square meter, 4.5-room, 11th floor apartment on Ehud Manor Street in the Israel Prize Winners neighborhood with parking was sold for NIS 2.63 million. A 147 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Yahalom Street in the Tzmarot Hamoshava neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.8 million.

Ashdod: A 85 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Kineret Street in the Yud Aleph quarter was sold for NIS 1.74 million. A 94 square meter, 4.5-room, sixth floor apartment on Ha’baal Shem Tov Street in the Gimmel Quarter was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 110 square meter, four-room, 14th floor apartment on Hadekel Street near the seafront was sold for NIS 3 million.

Haifa and the north Tirat Hacarmel: A 76 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Harduf Street in Neot Hacarmel was sold for NIS 1.72 million. A 132 square meter, five-room, seventh floor apartment with two parking spaces on Almog Street on Galei Carmel was sold for NIS 2.4 million. A 60 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Giora Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.41 million.

Rentals Tel Aviv: A 72 square meter, three-room, eighth floor apartment with a 10 square meter balcony, on Kehilat Padova Street in Neot Afeka Aleph Street was rented for NIS 9,000 per month.
