Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs Jerusalem: A 146 square meter, five-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 195 square meter garden and two parking spaces on Eliezer Shiloni Street between Malkah and Givat Massua was sold for NIS 5.8 million (Shiraz Real Estate).

Tel Aviv and central region Tel Aviv: A 134 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment on Einstein Street in Ramat Aviv was sold for NIS 8.45 million. A 91 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment on Hofein Street in Neve Avivim was sold for NIS 4.8 million. A 60 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Machal Street in Neve Eliezer was sold for NIS 1.84 million. A 81 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Bitzaron Street was sold for NIS 5 million.

Petah Tikva: A 131 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Ness Ziona Street in Em Hamoshava Havatika was sold for NIS 3.35 million. A 52 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Shprinzak Street in the Achdut neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.57 million. A 80 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with parking on Hapalmach Street in the Verber neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.25 million. A 79 square meter, 3.5-room, first floor apartment with parking on Habad Street in Shaariya was sold for NIS 1.8 million.

Rishon Lezion: A 113 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Haahaim Oshinstky Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 75 square meter, three-room, ninth floor apartment with parking on Haim Hefer Street in the east of the city was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 71 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with two parking spaces on Shulamit Aloni Street in Nahlat Yehuda was sold for NIS 2.41 million. A 121 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Sokolov Street was sold for NIS 3.3 million.

Haifa and the north Migdal Ha’emek: A 79 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Hasahlab Street was sold for NIS 1.04 million. A 105 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Ha’te’ena Street was sold for NIS 1.48 million. A 56 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Havered street was sold for NIS 690,000.

Beersheva and the south Yerucham: A 110 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Rav Yerhuda Halevi Street was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 150 square meter, five-room house with parking on Habarak Street was sold for NIS 1.3 million.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
