Jerusalem and environs

Jerusalem: A 98 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Koren Eliyahu Street in Givat Mordechai was sold for NIS 2.8 million. A 62 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Haviv Avshalom Street in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 2.1 million. A 138 square meter, five-room, ground floor garden apartment with a 143 square meter yard and parking on Michaelson Street in Nayot was sold for NIS 6.17 million. A 48 square meter, two-room apartment on Kovshei Katamon Street in Old Katamon was sold for NIS 3.1 million.

Beit Shemesh: A 148 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with parking on Yonatan Street in Ramat Beit Shemesh was sold for NIS 2.75 million. A 120 square meter, five-room, ground floor apartment with parking on Hamoraim Street was sold for NIS 3.36 million. A 111 square meter, three-room, fifth floor apartment on Mar Okva Street was sold for NIS 1.95 million.

Tel Aviv and central region

Givatayim: A 133 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with a 12 square meter balcony, storage room and parking on Patai Street in the Borochov neighborhood was sold for NIS 4.9 million (Daskal Realtors).

Rishon Lezion: A 68 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with parking on Hamefochit Street in the Neve Ashalim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.05 million. A 67 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment with parking on Hanofar Street in the Kiryat Rishon neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.02 million. A 96 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Hakukia Street in the Neve Hadarim neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.63 million.

Haifa and the north Nahariya: A 101 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment on Jabotinsky Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.14 million. A 122 square meter, three-room, ground floor apartment with an 80 square meter on Dolev Street in the Yitzhak Shamir neighborhood was sold for NIS 2 million. A 117 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Herzl Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.72 million.

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 54 square meter, two-room, first floor apartment on Shaul Hamelekh Street in the Yud Aleph neighborhood was sold for NIS 650,000. A 114 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Rehavam Zeevi Street in Ramot Bet was sold for NIS 1.4 million. A 200 square meter, six-room house on Dan Patenkin Street in Neot Lon was sold for NIS 3.22 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
