Givat Shmuel: A 83 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Uri Zvi Greenberg Street in Ramot Hadar was sold for NIS 2.53 million. A 130 square meter, five-room, ninth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Hazaytim Street in Ramat Hadekelim was sold for NIS 3.1 million. A 105 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Harimon Street was sold for NIS 2.68 million.

Hod Hasharon: A 89 square meter, three-room, fifth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Chaim Herzog Street was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 104 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment with parking on Asirei Zion Street in was sold for NIS 3.48 million. A 146 square meter, five-room, seventh floor apartment with two parking spaces on Tevas Street in Ramot Menachem was sold for NIS 4.20 million. A 123 square meter, four-room, ninth floor apartment on Sokolov Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.87 million.

Haifa and the north Haifa: A 82 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Shalon Street in Ramat Alon was sold for NIS 1.75 million. A 56 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Marseilles Street in Kiryat Shprinzak was sold for NIS 1.37 million. A 124 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment on Yardena Arazi Street in the Givat Zemer neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.3 million. A 55 square meter, 2.5 room, first floor apartment on Hermon Street in the Geula neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.07 million.

Beit Shean: A 120 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Uzi Hitman Street in Kiryat Rabin was sold for NIS 1.5 million. A 122 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with parking on Ma’apile Egoz Street was sold for NIS 1.28 million.

Beersheva and the south Dimona: A 34 square meter, two-room, ground floor apartment on Hashita Street in the Sheva Minim neighborhood was sold for NIS 500,000.

Mitzpeh Ramon: A 74 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Nahal Slayit Street was sold for NIS 840,000. A 103 square meter, four-room house with a 200 square meter yard on Ein Shahak Street was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 71 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Ein Avdat Street was sold for NIS 730,000.
