Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs

Jerusalem: A 67 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment with on Hahagana Street in French Hill was sold for NIS 2.55 million. A 84 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Herzl Boulevard in Kiryat Moshe was sold for NIS 3.25 million. A 92 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Masaryk Street in the German Colony was sold for NIS 4.15 million. A 70 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Finizhil Street in Neve Yaakov was sold for NIS 1.7 million.

Tel Aviv and central region

Givatayim: A 125 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment with a 12 square meter balcony and a 10 square meter balcony, storage room and two parking spaces on Hanita Street in the Borochov neighborhood was sold for NIS 5.65 million (More Properties).

Rehovot: A 100 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Kovshei Hahermon Street in Sha’arayim was sold for NIS 1.85 million. A 108 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Hazon Ish Street in Rehovot Hatzaira was sold for NIS 2.73 million. A 113 square meter, five-room, eighth floor apartment on Prof. Ephraim Katzir Street in Rehovot Hameda was sold for NIS 3.45 million. A 73 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Gluskin Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.67 million.

Haifa and the north Binyamina: A 86 square meter, four-room, ground floor with a 152 square meter yard and parking on Hasheura Street in Givat Chen was sold for NIS 4.09 million. A 134 square meter, five-room house with a 177 square meter yard and parking on Hasheura Street in Givat Chen was sold for NIS 4.15 million.

Shlomi: A 86 square meter, four-room, ground floor apartment on Natan Elbaz Street was sold for NIS 730,000. A 259 square meter, eight-room house on Hahazan Street in Masoud was sold for NIS 1.2 million. A 140 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces on Etz Hasadeh Street was sold for NIS 1.83 million.

Beersheva and the south Yerucham: A 53 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Alkahayal Street was sold for NIS 500,000. A 101 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment on Yehuda Halevi Street was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 112 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Naomi Shemer Street was sold for NIS 1.05 million.
