Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv: A 54 square meter, two-room, first floor apartment on Rabbi Hananya Street in Jaffa was sold for NIS 3.1 million. A 71 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Victor Hugo Street in Jaffa was sold for NIS 2.69 million. A 112 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Frankel Street in Ramat Aviv was sold for NIS 5.7 million. A 70 square meter, three room, sixth floor apartment on Yaakov Epstein Street in the Old North was sold for NIS 4.88 million.

Netanya: A 84 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment with parking and a swimming pool and tennis court in the building on Nitza Boulevard was sold for NIS 2.08 million (RE/MAX - Kahol-Lavan).

Petah Tikva: A 112 square meter, 4.5-room, 14th floor apartment on Yitzhak Ben Zvi Street in Kfar Ganim Beit was sold for NIS 2.5 million. A 78 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Harishonim Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.9 million. A 103 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Hatzanhanim Street in Mahanei Yehuda was sold for NIS 2.33 million.

Ness Ziona: A 125 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Avner Ben Ner Street in Savionei Netzer was sold for NIS 3.5 million. A 92 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Haimahot Street in Horshat Netzer Sereni was sold for 2.93 million. A 4.5-room, first floor apartment with parking on Yosef Feldman Street in Shmurat Malibu was sold for NIS 3.65 million.

Haifa and the north Rechasim: A 71 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Havradim Street in Giva Beit was sold for NIS 1.26 million. A 83 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Hanarkisim Street in Giva Beit was sold for NIS 1,55 million. A 143 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment on Hagefen Street in Giva Aleph was sold for NIS 1.19 million.

Beersheva and the south Ashkelon: A 70 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Moshe Youlish Street was sold for NIS 920,000. A 121 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Hatzionut Boulevard in Ramat Kramim was sold for NIS 1.86 million. A 120 square meter, four-room, 14th floor apartment on Derekh Eretz Street in Ir Hayayin was sold for NIS 2.05 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
