Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region

Bat Yam: A 75 square meter, 3.5-room, fourth floor apartment on Anilevich Street in the Bayit Vegan neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.51 million. A 90 square meter, 3.5-room, third floor apartment with parking on Mendele Mocher Sefarim Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.78 million. A 97 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Harav Maimon Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.35 million. A 118 square meter, five-room, sixth floor apartment with shared parking on Tabenkin Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.8 million.

Rehovot: A 88 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Har Hatzofim Street in Rehovot Hahollandit was sold for NIS 2.2 million. A 183 square meter, eight-room, ground floor apartment with two parking spaces on Shabazi Street was sold for NIS 4.52 million.

Harish: A 120 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Gefen Street was sold for NIS 1.28 million. A 110 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Rubin Street was sold for NIS 1.51 million. A 120 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Hakehila Street was sold for NIS 1.43 million.

Haifa and the north Kiryat Motzkin: A 114 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment with parking on Shai Agnon Street in Mishkenot Haomanim was sold for NIS 2.07 million. A 114 square meter, five-room, seventh floor apartment with an elevator and parking on Uzi Hitman Street in Mishkenot Haomanim was sold for NIS 2.55 million. A 76 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Yosef Almoni Street was sold for NIS 1.43 million.

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 80 square meter, three-room, first floor renovated apartment on Terveria Street in the Tet neighborhood was sold for NIS 990,000 (RE/MAX-Plus).

Eilat: A 136 square meter, five-room house with an 80 square meter yard and parking on Avraham Avinu Street was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 90 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on with parking on Yitzhak Avinu Street was sold for NIS 1.82 million. A 90 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Petel Street was sold for NIS 1.32 million. A 69 square meter, two-room, ground floor apartment on Hativat Golani Street was sold for NIS 990,000.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
