Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs

Jerusalem: A 122 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Moshe Kol Street in Ramat Beit Hakerem was sold for NIS 4.85 million. A 60 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Aharon Eshkoli Street in Ramot Bet was sold for NIS 2.49 million. A A 90 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment on Harav Uzieli Street in Bayit Vegan was sold for NIS 4.05 million. A 53 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Ellswanger Street in Kiryat Yovel was sold for NIS 2.14 million.

Tel Aviv and central region

Tel Aviv: A 82 square meter, three-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Harav Herzog Street in Bavli was sold for NIS 4 million. A 105 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces on Mordechai Bentov Street in Neve Ofer was sold for NIS 3.5 million. A 84 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Anatot Street in Ramot Tzahala was sold for NIS 2.9 million. A 50 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Zvia Lubotkin Street in Neve Eliezer was sold for NIS 1.8 million.

Rishon Lezion: A 50 square meter, two-room, fourth floor apartment with a 16 square meter balcony on Keren Kayemet Street in the Abramovich neighborhood was sold for NIS 1.55 million (RE/MAX - Center).

Petah Tikva: A 88 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Trumpledor Street near Beilinson Hospital was sold for NIS 2.7 million. A 133 square meter, five-room, 14th floor apartment with two parking spaces on Menachem Begin Street was sold for NIS 4.07 million.

Haifa and the north Haifa: A 49 square meter, three-room, first floor apartment on Kinneret Street in Upper Hadar was sold for NIS 1.07 million. A 65 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Yehuda Burla Street in Ramat Almogi was sold for NIS 1.3 million. A 79 square meter, four-room, ground floor apartment on Hayarkon Street in the Shamboor neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.38 million.

Beersheva and the south Yerucham: A 62 square meter, two room, first floor apartment on Bar Kokhba Street was sold for NIS 460,000. A 122 square meter, five-room, ground floor apartment with parking on Hameshureret Street was sold for NIS 1.02 million. A 105 square meter, five-room, ground floor apartment on Yehuda Halevi Street was sold for NIS 1.35 million. All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
