Second-hand apartments sold Tel Aviv and central region Ramat Gan: A 110 square meter, four-room, 10th floor apartment with an elevator and two parking spaces on Mordei Hagettaot Street in the Hagefen neighborhood was sold for NIS 3.75 million. A 79 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment with parking on Halapid Street in Nahlat Ganim was sold for NIS 2.72 million. A 110 square meter, four-room, 18th floor apartment on Arlozorv Street near the Diamond Exchange was sold for NIS 4.93 million. A 75 square meter, three-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Ha’eshel Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.65 million.

Bat Yam: A 93 square meter, four-room, eighth floor apartment on Hagdudu Ha’Ivri Street in the city center was sold for NIS 2.68 million. A 74 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Halamit Street in the north of the city was sold for NIS 2.08 million. A 69 square meter, 2.5-room, fourth floor apartment on Bar Yehuda Street in the city center was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 67 square meter, three-room, ground floor apartment on Kaf Tet Be’November Street in Kiryat Babov was sold for NIS 2.05 million.

Haifa and the north Afula: A 58 square meter, three-room, third floor apartment on Yitzhak Sadeh Street was sold for NIS 800,000. A 35 square meter, two-room, second floor apartment on Mapu Street was sold for NIS 425,000. A 140 square meter, four-room, sixth floor apartment with parking on Izreal Street was sold for NIS 1.34 million. A 191 square meter, six-room, tenth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Sapir Street was sold for NIS 2.57 million.

Tirat Hacarmel: A 141 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment with two parking spaces on Hagal Street was sold for NIS 2.22 million. A 136 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment with two parking places on Hashachaf Street was sold for NIS 2.79 million. A 60 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment on Etzel Street was sold for NIS 1.14 million.

Safed: A 120 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with a 20 square meter balcony on Weizmann Street was sold for NIS 1.96 million (RE/MAX).

Katzrin: A 94 square meter, three-room house on Yavnel Street was sold for NIS 800,000. A 150 square meter, seven-room house on Hofit Street was sold for NIS 1.1 million. A 94 square meter, four-room house on on Mishol Gevaton was sold for NIS 1.6 million.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
