Second-hand apartments sold Jerusalem and environs Jerusalem: A 79 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment on Asher Gulak Street in Neve Yaakov was sold for NIS 2.15 million. A 101 square meter, five-room, fourth floor apartment on Carlebach Street in Talpiot was sold for NIS 4.5 million. A 115 square meter, five-room, first floor apartment with two parking spaces on Harav Shach Street in Ramat Shlomo was sold for Nis 3.25 million. A 74 square meter, three room, second floor apartment on Anusei Mashhad Street in Armon Hanatziv was sold for NIS 2.14 million.

Tel Aviv and central region Tel Mond: A 154 square meter, six-room house on Sorek Street was sold for NIS 4.17 million. A 140 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with parking on Hanota Street sold for NIS 3.75 million. A 130 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment with parking on Hanota Street sold for NIS 3.41 million.

Ganei Tikva: A 177 square meter, five-room, fifth floor apartment with two parking space on Haemek Street was sold for NIS 3.8 million. A 125 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment on Tabor Street was sold for NIS 2.63 million. A 135 square meter, four-room, ninth floor apartment with an elevator on Harama Street was sold for NIS 2.2 million.

Haifa and the north Nesher: A 96 square meter, four-room, 19th floor apartment with parking on Duchafit Street in Ramot Yitzhak was sold for NIS 2.28 million. A 114 square meter, four-room fourth floor apartment on Hahatzav Street in Ramot Yitzhak was sold for NIS 1.53 million. A 100 square meter, four-room fifth floor apartment on Yasmin Street in Ramot Yitzhak was sold for NIS 1.3 million.

Kfar Vradim: A 210 square meter, 4.5-room house on a 630 square meter lot, which was damaged in the past by a rocket was sold for NIS 2.55 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south Sderot: A 70 square meter, three-room, second floor apartment on Hatzav Street in the west of the city was sold for NIS 845,000. A 150 square meter, five-room, second floor apartment with parking on Sahlav Street in Neot Haneviim was sold for NIS 1.67 million. A 164 square meter, 5.5-room, first floor garden apartment with a 48 square meter yard and parking on Allenby Street was sold for NIS 1.85 million.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
