A 163 square meter, six-room, third floor apartment with two parking spaces on Rothschild Street was sold for NIS 4.99 million

Lod: A 108 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Gordon Street was sold for NIS 1.83 million. A 102 square meter, four-room, seventh floor apartment on Shevet Menashe Street was sold for NIS 2 million. A 85 square meter, three-room, seventh floor apartment On Harav Ovadia Yosef Street was sold for NIS 1.6 million.

Haifa and the north Kiryat Bialik: A 113 square meter, four-room, first floor apartment on Hashkedim Street in the east of the city was sold for NIS 1.62 million. A 148 square meter, five-room, seventh floor apartment with two parking spaces on Yakinaton Street was sold for NIS 3.42 million. A 91 square meter, four-room, third floor apartment on Nitzanim Street was sold for NIS 1.5 million.

Kiryat Motzkin: A 70 square meter, three-room, fourth floor apartment divided into two units and rented for a total of NIS 4,800 per month and slated for demolition and enhanced reconstruction on Derekh Akko was sold for NIS 1.15 million (Anglo-Saxon).

Beersheva and the south Beersheva: A 107 square meter, four-room, second floor apartment with parking on Michael Ashbal Street in Neve Zeev was sold for NIS 1.22 million. A 62 square meter, three-room, eighth floor apartment on Wingate Street in the Gimmel neighborhood was sold for NIS 780,000. A 105 square meter, four-room, fourth floor apartment with parking on Shaar Hagai Street in the Tet neighborhood was sold for NIS 940,000. A 160 square meter, four-room, fifth floor apartment with parking on Bar Nissan Street in Neve Zeev was sold for NIS 1.71 million.

All deals were recently reported on the Israel Tax Authority website.
